Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now for time sheets (daily), reviews (performance, annual), acknowledgment of forms and procedures.

Pros

  • Timekeeping - this lets you see all of your employees' time cards and when they punch-in, take a lunch and leave for the day.
  • Time off request feature - this allows employees to request time off with a couple clicks of the mouse.
  • Reviews.
  • Reminders - ADP does a great job at sending reminders when things have a deadline.

Cons

  • Timesheet editing - specifically for approved time off. This is hard to edit when time off has already been preapproved and needs to be changed.
  • Mobile phone app - needs to be more user-friendly. There are a lot of functions that cannot be used on the app that are on the website.
  • Review approval - so many confirmations that need to make it happen.
  • Viewing paystubs and their breakdown. So helpful for our employees.
  • Retirement services - this is a great feature to have for our company. I really love this.
  • Employees not clocking in, supervisors having to chase down punches (negative).
I’m not in HR. - ADP has helped us significantly in approving time cards. We were such a small company that we were compiling time cards on Excel spreadsheets, then having the employees turning those into us. Now with ADP, all of that compiling is expedited and everything is right there.
ADP Workforce Now was the first application we looked at and it fit everything that we needed.
I would highly recommend ADP Workforce now for time keeping abilities. It is very easy for the user and manager to use. I would not recommend it for those looking for a review platform.
