It is being used by the accounting department to process payroll biweekly for the entire office. It processes paychecks and also hands filing of payroll taxes.
- ADP Workforce now is easy to use and has fantastic phone assistance.
- You can modify a person's salary temporarily or permanently.
- You can modify your grids to include anything you'd like.
- I do like Workforce Now and wouldn't go back to the original ADP software.
- I guess it could be less expensive.
- I'd prefer to not get sales calls from departments associates with ADP Workforce now.
- It's easy to use so it's timesaving.

ADP workforce now is timesaving because it's so easy to use and manage. It efficiently allows me to pay some staff salary, while others hourly as well as expenses and reimbsursements, not to mention payroll deductions. There's a lot going on and this is seamless.
I've used Quick Books for payroll in the past and it was very difficult to navigate and I was unsure of the results. That is the only other payroll product I've used other than ADP and I've been doing payroll for over 15 years.
