Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Across the whole organization.
  • ADP Workforce Now is consistent and reliable.
  • Employees are paid on time, and have access to a mobile app that enables them to see compensation details on demand.
  • Customer support is able and willing to solve problems as they arise.
  • They run updates on a regular basis. The system always seems to lose important data after one of these updates completes. This can be very frustrating and time consuming.
  • They adjust pricing according to the CPI, so although they come in with competitive rates, it's not long before prices quickly escalate.
  • The time and attendance module is separate from the payroll module. Therefore, it is necessary to run two separate processes before processing payroll. When you call for support, the Time and Attendance people don't understand payroll, and the payroll people don't understand time and attendance.
  • It helps me track large amounts of data on large numbers of employees.
  • Prices rise annually. It's too expensive and the price increases are too much, too soon.
Our HR team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - I recently had a problem with state taxes that had been misfiled. ADP tax service gave me a tap dance, and it took months and months to get it resolved. When you receive a letter from the state, you upload to the server and then don't hear from anyone for weeks. They aren't available to speak to you. The process is exhausting. Then you suddenly get a letter that the issue has been resolved.
PayChoice - Customer support is horrible. At least the customer service people try to solve your problem. At Paychoice, they simply ignore you.

With ADP, the issue with updates losing data has to be managed. Randomly, Direct Deposit information is lost, Vacation and PTO accruals disappear. It can be very frustrating.
It helps people maintain valuable data on a large number of employees. Setting up new employees is a long, tedious process.
