Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP Workforce Now is being used for all employees in the organization I work in. It helps keep track of paychecks, benefits, time-off, and other logistical tasks related to HR. I appreciate that it is a one-stop shop for anything HR related. I always know where to look for certain work-related questions.
Pros
- ADP allows me easy access to my pay statements. It's user-friendly and pulls up old pay statements quickly.
- ADP allows me to quickly check my benefits and my options for changing benefits during enrollment.
- ADP allows me to smoothly submit time off. It is easy to use!
Cons
- Checking pay statements doesn't work well for me on Mozilla Firefox. I have to remember to log in through Chrome.
- This product makes it easy for me and my colleagues to check our pay statements, benefits, and time off.
This product is fairly efficient to use which means I have to expend less energy communicating with my HR department. When I have questions about my pay, generally I can figure out my own answers through the web page rather than ask my HR department. It also makes it easy to look at my time off.
