Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
It is used across our whole agency, including time and attendance. We have many different departments so using Workforce makes it easy to track departments and money spent in each. It simplifies payroll and making sure all taxes are paid in full and on time. It, at times, has caused us problems in the implementation of varying rates and the difficulty of making sure we are getting folks paid the correct amount of wages.
- Timely and accurate reports
- For the most part, people we have worked with are knowledgeable and easy to work with.
- Dependable delivery service.
- Make the ability to add different rates easier and more user-friendly.
- Adding functions is sometimes costly so we tend not to add products that we could use.
- Keeping employees
We don't have many of the Workforce Now products, just payroll and SSTO time.
We are currently looking at Pressgold as a possible new payroll provider. Comparing price and product.
