Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is used by the payroll department and by all employees for self service items, such as direct deposit and tax withholding changes. Employees are also able to print copies of their pay stubs. Allowing employees to make changes saves time for the payroll department.

  • Easier Company Transfers, now the benefits are not carrying over to the new company.
  • Better integration with ADP Time and Attendance
  • WFN saves time by allowing employees to make changes and print their own pay stubs.
WFN is very capable and has great customization.

Integration was easy since it was with another ADP product.
Great customization, but ADP allows you to customize items that make you no longer compliant with IRS rules and regulations. For instance, WFN will let me add an additional percentage to an employees withholdings while IRS regulations only allow a flat dollar amount.
