Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP Workforce Now is being used throughout our park district. All of our staff have access to Workforce Now via desktop and/or mobile app. Recently, ADP helped us go paperless with our payroll! They worked closely with me on communication with our employees on what they needed to do prior to going paperless and they helped me get employees signed up with ADP Wisely Pay card. This is very exciting for us!
- ADP is fantastic about communicating to the administrators of any updates and/or changes that will occur to the system.
- They offer free webinars to their customers.
- Client Support is just amazing! They are so helpful and always have the answers.
- The reporting features are one of the reasons I love Workforce Now.
- We provide a referral bonus to employees who refer someone to work for us. In the Employment Profile, on the Employment tile, I would like to see a field to enter in the employee's name who referred them.
- Workforce Now is a lot more expensive than our previous product, but we knew that up front and it's a better product overall and we are completely satisfied!
- Going paperless with our payroll process has been a huge time saver for us.
- ADP worked with us to map our pay codes that get downloaded to QuickBooks so we can balance our payroll. By getting our mapping done, balancing our payroll is now a 15-minute task instead of a 2-hour task.

We worked diligently with ADP to map our payroll codes. It was frustrating for me because I'm impatient, but ADP didn't stop! It got done in one day and balancing our payroll was once a 2-hour task and it's now a 15-minute task!
The top reasons we chose ADP 2 years ago are their client support, reporting features, and ability to integrate with QuickBooks. The other products did not check all of our boxes and if we were making a change, it needed to be worth it. I also had experience working with ADP from a previous employer and I knew it would be the best decision.
