Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We used ADP Workforce our payroll system.
  • Easy to build reports.
  • Customer Service!
  • Negative: spent lots of money and didn't get good results.
Software is scalable and robust, customer service is lacking.

We didn't stay with ADP as the customer service was too poor, moved to Paycom and experienced much better customer service.
The customer service experience was horrible. We didn't have a dedicated specialist and were redirected to a call center overseas. Additionally, ADP continued to increase prices or sell us other modules and was not worried about our current functionality or use of the system.
