Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
Currently we are using it along with Enhanced Time for our timekeeping and payroll processing. We are also initiating the Recruiting Module as well as the Self-Service module. It's allowing all departments to use one centralized data location instead of multiple.
- Software is easy to use and user-friendly
- Any questions you may have are probably answered on the Bridge
- Assigned product manager is easily reached for questions
- Reporting is incredibly confusing - even with all the training provided. It's almost too detailed. If you want a simple report it takes a while to figure out how to get the data.
- The implementation team (we've gone through two) have not been knowledgeable of the software. They have caused major issues during implementation that could have been avoided because of their lack of knowledge of the software.
- At first I'd say communication - but I realize now that our contracted project manager is actually the communication barrier.

it is not compatible. We are using many workarounds and third-party software. This is not ADP's fault - it was the individuals that signed the contract before doing any testing.
I didn't select ADP - but it's comparable. I do know we are not on the right platform for a company of our size, but that is not ADP's fault. It's the sales team and IT department responsibility.
