This program is garbage. It's being used across our organization - but not for much longer. It was supposed to address the time we spent addressing payroll. Instead, it has created problems by not extracting the correct amount of money from our account and depositing incorrect amounts into our employees' accounts.
- If I have to think about it, the interface isn't bad. While there are some search features that look like they belong in Windows XP or 95, the interface is probably the only redeeming thing about the program.
- EVERYTHING could use improvement.
- The hold times are up to 1.5 hours sometimes... horrible.
- The search features are so, so dated. Honestly, you'd think you're in Windows 95 or something.
- It's also overpriced! My CPA accountant said he would do everything this company does for half the price. It's just not worth it.
- It doesn't pay employees their total earnings!!! How is this possible when it's completely automated? Example, it missed all of our employees general holiday pay in October, 2019 - HOW? I had to call these bozos who were not apologetic at all to get this fixed. They also assure you that someone will call you - they don't! The incompetence and poor customer service is astounding.
- It has wasted time! How? They've made several errors - they don't catch them so you have to make sure they're generating reports properly. As mentioned previously, the hold times have set us back calling into ADP to correct these errors
- The positive impact is that you realize in a short period of time how incompetent these guys are.
- Payroll
It's not a difficult program to integrate with your payroll. However, the problem is the program does NOT calculate payroll properly.
It doesn't stack up against other programs because it's completely inferior. ADP Workforce Now On the Go should never be a program your organization seriously considers to address it's payroll issues. It's not even close to ready for primetime. You will find out eventually that the time you thought it would save you was an illusion and that you are actually expending more time fixing this program's mistakes.
