Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Our most recent problem being solved through ADP WFN is in regards to onboarding. We have struggled to provide a consistent experience for our new hires. Through the Onboarding Portal functionality, not only can we provide that consistent experience for our new hires, but we have eliminated the administrative burden of our old manual process by automating almost the entire thing!

Pros

  • I like how easy it is to use..
  • I like that ADP has a lot of my employment information in one place, so that I can access that information without having to go between a few different websites.

Cons

  • It will occasionally crash or move slowly.
  • Pricing may not be as competitive as other vendors.
  • Saves time
  • Employees are much happier that payroll is processed accurately and quickly
We have been expanding the functions within ADP Workforce Now - we added Time and Atendance this year and plan on using other features to help us grow and scale our payroll. I find as the complexities of our payroll increase, ADP Workforce Now can handle and grow with our needs and desires.

The integration of our benefits, pay, time off, and schedule is seamless within ADP Workforce Now. It was not difficult to achieve at all.
ADP Workforce Now is superior because the software displays analytics in real-time and you can create customized spreadsheets, graphs, charts, and reports. The app is fully web-based and offers to host along with your package, featuring server audits and regular security backups. You can minimize administrative duties and errors with real-time payroll calculations. Plus, it’s possible to leverage the help of compliance experts to get more peace of mind.
Payroll payments, never before were so simple, Infosys has hundreds of bills to pay every day, thanks to ADP, we have a quick and easy to use solution, for the payment of accounts to our employees, and payments to third parties. Conversely, not having access to all of the modules is a bit frustrating because I feel that we could benefit from some of the recruitment and performance management information. However, our company was not willing to pay for these resources.
