Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It is being used by Human Resources, benefits and commission reporting. The reporting allows for quick data gathering and reporting.
  • ADP Workforce Now program is great for tracking employees and allowing them to track their pay, PTO, and paycheck history.
  • Keeps employees' records in one location. We have even been able to have employees DocuSign paperwork and upload it to the program.
  • It needs customization to fit individual companies' needs.
  • While very helpful, customer service can be a bit slow.
  • ADP has automated several processes that used to be manual, which has freed up time to focus on other goals related to increasing our ROI.
  • It integrates with other systems too (Workday, etc.) to help automate processes, also freeing up time.
It is very user-friendly and for the most part you can always reach someone in customer service to help you with problems and any reporting needs.
ADP by far exceeds both Namely and Paycor in processing and reporting needs.
The customer service representatives are great to work with and great at their job. It is so easy to train employees and have those resources at their fingertips. ADP Workforce Now is so easy to use. Requesting time off, reviewing PTO balance, reviewing and changing benefits, update direct deposit without contacting HR. Literally everything you need to do regarding work is right at your fingertips. Software is so convenient.
