Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
It is being used across the whole organization. It addresses full payroll processing.
- Taxes - Can be complicated.
- Employee database - Comprehensive file of information.
- Security settings - Cannot write a rule for manager access to EE's.
- Approval workflow - Too many parts and pieces.
- Ability to quickly process payroll - Less time paying in-house EE's.
- Consistency and documentation to backup.

Fully integrated. Have ongoing issues with all, but they seem to be getting less frequent.
ADP is much more robust and comprehensive than its competitors.
