Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It is being used across the whole organization. It addresses full payroll processing.

Pros

  • Taxes - Can be complicated.
  • Employee database - Comprehensive file of information.

Cons

  • Security settings - Cannot write a rule for manager access to EE's.
  • Approval workflow - Too many parts and pieces.
  • Ability to quickly process payroll - Less time paying in-house EE's.
  • Consistency and documentation to backup.
It seems to be capable of expanding significantly. Expansion would be easier if we could customize the company codes.

Fully integrated. Have ongoing issues with all, but they seem to be getting less frequent.
ADP is much more robust and comprehensive than its competitors.
ADP Workforce Now is great for larger companies.
