Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP to process payroll, payroll tax filing, and ACA reporting for all three divisions of our company.
  • Payroll processing is typically seamless.
  • Tax filing is handled well.
  • Call centers are difficult to deal with.
  • Long wait times when assistance is required.
  • Takes the worry out of payroll processing.
  • The cost is very affordable.
ADP is perfect for all company sizes from our smallest with 5 employees to our largest with 80.
  • Attendance on-demand.
  • eRSP.
A recent issue with tax withholding for a new company I set-up took almost a year to resolve. I had to file my own payroll taxes multiple times due to it even though it was part of the package I purchased from ADP.
