Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP is used for payroll and time and attendance. Its major use is within the H.R. department but used throughout the company for payroll information, (pay stubs and W-2's) and for support staff employees for time and attendance and time off purposes. Within the H.R. department, we also use the reporting and tax features as well.
Pros
- Information is within one site.
- Large amount of self-service with certain modules.
Cons
- Continuously updating the system, which continuously is causing issues.
- System failure - Entire system shuts down and nothing works until the issue is fixed.
- State everything is customizable, however, it's not.
- Things you can update and do on your own, ADP still needs to be contacted to implement on their side.
- Turnaround time on cases.
- It helps process the payroll for employees and minimizes paper with the time and attendance and time off system.
- Reporting is helpful for year-end and data needed immediately.
- 401k
- Benefits
We have a feed for both our 401k plan and benefits system to be feed to the system. It's ok, as sometimes there are issues, which is understandable. They seem to push for you to use their whole system, as if you wanted to update or to do certain feeds, everything always has a cost as in every business.

COVID-19 Response
ADP was accommodating when we had to change the address for checks and reports. They also provided webinars regarding COVID-19 and had a resource page you could access.
They didn't affect the decision making for our company on our return to work. The webinars and communications we would review and refer to. They were beneficial to a degree.
