Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It is being used across the whole organization. Employees use it to review pay stubs and to access their W2s. The Human Resources department uses it to organize our employee files and data.

Pros

  • Stores documents.
  • Displays employee information.

Cons

  • After uploading lots of documents, the system tends to lag and take a longer time.
  • It doesn't work as well in Internet Explorer as it does in Google Chrome.
  • The time it would previously take us to file employee documents is now significantly less, now that we can upload the documents to their online files.
  • ADP E-time
The integration simply didn't work.
ADP Workforce Now was cheaper and a lot more user-friendly.
It is well suited to organize employee documents and to display their personal information. It is less appropriate for downloading payroll reports.
