Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP for time cards, payroll, training, benefits management, and performance reviews. It’s nice to have a clean user interface and a one-stop shop for all my employee HR needs.

Pros

Cons

  • I find the training difficult to navigate, but that might be more about how my organization uses it rather than the product itself.
  • My app does not always sync the most updated paystubs in a timely fashion.
  • Easy for employees to get the information they need on demand.
  • Clearly tracked and defined performance reviews.
We have a large and growing organization. ADP Workforce Now allows the different administrative functions to revise and grow their offerings through ADP independent of each other so that there isn’t an “update bottleneck” that slows down scalability.
UltiPro was the HR system we onboarded at my previous company when I was still in HR. I was not part of the purchasing decision at my current company, as I am just a user, but I prefer the layout and intuitive design of Workforce Now to UltiPro. UltiPro seemed trendy in design, but it’s a lot easier for me to find the information I’m looking for as a user in ADP Workforce Now.

Yes

We have a large variety of roles and job types. ADP is versatile enough to be easy for folks on the factory floor as well as in the corporate office. I think that a smaller organization (less than 50 employees) would find that ADP Workforce Now has too many features/requires too much work to make it worthwhile.
