Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We utilize ADP as our HRIS system company-wide. We use it to manage payroll, time-off, benefits, and recruitment.
  • Ease of use for employees.
  • Link to external career sites for recruitment/applicant tracking.
  • Ease of reporting capability.
  • Storage of employment data changes.
  • Approval paths to manage cost.
  • Benefit enrollment ease.
Have not seen this capability.

ADP is much more user friendly and easy to navigate

Easy to read and find paths to implement usage
ADP makes it easy to use and manage employee data. The recruitment tool is equipped to help manage applicants, post requisitions externally, and process new hires. The reporting functionality is not user-friendly and the storage of employment data changes do not function well to see historical changes.
