Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is used for payroll processing and maintaining records for taxes and such.
  • Employee's garnishments.
  • Personal information up to date.
  • Finding the correct report you want can be difficult since there are so many to choose from.
  • The Bridge isn't very user-friendly in my opinion.
  • None at this time.
My company does not use all of the software that ADP offers because of our size and needs.
Much easier and user friendly. Easier to personalize to your needs.

Our account representative and team has been great in helping me develop the tools I needs to complete my roles with payroll and employee information.
Ease of use.
For just the basics of payroll and entering employee information - it is fairly easy. Looking for reports is difficult as there are so many. Easy to add to a pay data such as missed vacation pay or any other errors not caught before payroll is accepted.
