Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP Workforce Now is being used by the company as a whole. We use it for timecard entry, PTO requests, taxes, deductions, benefits and almost everything in between. We are also very heavy users of the reporting piece and really rely on that as a company. It allows us a streamlined process to process payroll, accept/decline PTO requests, input payroll deductions easily, allow health benefits to be viewable and enrolled through the system and the reporting which we use daily and weekly.
- Reporting
- Time and Attendance
- More manipulation for the lead page that our employees go to. I wish it had more options to share more things to the employees.
- More tutorials for the product that we could share with the employees. These should be updated each time ADP makes a change and sent to the Admins to share and send out to their employees.
- Positive: Ability to provide up to date information about the meeting/event to the clients.
- Positive: Ability to provide up to date information to our internal employees and teams.
- We are looking to integrate our UHC Health Plan with ADP
- 401K
I was not involved in the integration of the 401K or HSA contributions. That was done by the Payroll Admin. I've reached out to ADP to try and get information about integrating our UHC health plan but have received radio silence from them for a week. Our fear is that it will be too expensive (because everything is an additional cost) and we will have to go back to a manual process.
Newton is a dream compared to ADP recruiting software. It allows us up to date information on our candidates, the ability to run reports easily to show the process of the positions, how many interviews have been done and everything in between. We used to use ADP's recruiting system and it seemed very old and out dated, I'm aware that ADP has upgraded their system but Newton is also cheaper so we would stay with Newton.
