ADP Workforce Now - A Great Tool Which Grows With Today's Needs
Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
Onset uses ADP across the entire organization. We are able to track engineering project hours, time off and absenteeism. We just purchased a timeclock which will allow for more efficient accounting of time worked.
We also use the performance reviews which suit our needs quite well.

Pros
- Great payroll support
- Easier reporting
Cons
- Recruiting process
- Complicated benefits programs set up
- The ease of doing payroll frees up the person doing it.
- Managers can use an online tool for performance reviews rather than paper.
- 401K
- Life insurance tables
We use ADP's 401K service which has been great. We partner with Morgan Stanley who has been fantastic. The 401K service with ADP is great - our rep is on top of everything and helpful. The compliance needs are easily met with the product.
We also use the benefits enrollment and just added the life insurance tables. We needed some help setting it up and some fine tuning but once it was set up it is a great self service option for employees

We had originally used Paychex. It was a long time ago and I don't recall much. The one thing that I liked much better about Paychex was that we had a single rep for Payroll that we could always reach out to, if needed.
