Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

The whole organization is using ADP Workforce Now for time entry, vacation, & sick pay. I'm also using it for my onboarding. Managers are responsible for assigning buddies and completing team members' onboarding experience. Employees are able to track PTO balances and input time so we can get accurate job-costing figures.

Pros

  • Easy payroll process
  • Easy onboarding process

Cons

  • Implementation was terrible for payroll.
  • Communication between modules and departments
  • Self-service eases the burden on HR.
  • Taxes are being filed late and incorrectly due to subpar implementation.
In theory, it should work well, but poor implementation sets up a bad foundation.

I like that Paychex allows you to edit individual checks.
ADP Workforce Now implementation is not efficient--a very painful process. The implementation staff is not very experienced or knowledgable.
