ADP Workforce Now is our total HRIS solution. For my role, I specifically use it for recruiting and onboarding, but it's also used for general employee management, including timekeeping, payroll, and benefits. We've also found it a useful tool to stay connected with our staff, which is great because most of our employees work in different locations separate from our HQ.

- If you have an issue with the portal, you may have to call the support line a few times before you find someone who actually knows how to help.
- The navigation menus can be confusing to employees, as some options seem "hidden" under multiple layers of categories.
- Increased quality of candidates hired by providing a comprehensive requisition system.
- The ability to instruct employees on how to use self-service features decreases their need for HR support with simple things (getting a copy of their W-2 or paystubs, for example).
