Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We utilize it for running our payroll across the entire company.
  • Importing paydata is very easy.
  • Vast array of reporting options.
  • Ease of use with reporting.
  • More communication within, tend to get multiple calls from multiple people about the same thing.
  • Has educated me on quite a few things regarding payroll.
I do not feel like Workforce Now has much scalability but they do offer other programs that may be a better fit. We are in a bit of an oddball area where we don't quite need everything that is offered but cannot really scale down to a lesser offering.
They are good but ADP is more robust and a better fit for our environment.
Well suited for companies that are looking for a full timekeeping/payroll solution. It is less appropriate for a company that only needs it for payroll. In this case, you could possibly use a downgraded version that ADP offers.
