Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We are using Workforce Now for Time, HR, Benefits, ACA, and Performance. We are still in implementation and so far It has made our work very easy.
- Performance dashboard is very helpful.
- HR Module works very well.
- Time and Attendance module needs some improvement.
- Time off Feature needs improvement to show time off request for everyone in Calendar.
- Positive impact on payroll. We were able to reduce the payroll expense by switching to ADP Workforce Now.

The implementation process is still going on. Integration turned out to be a little harder than expected thus far.
I would say there are some features that ADP is doing good but some features are lacking (Time and Attendance, Organizational Chart).
