Great product!

Workforce Now is being used by our organization by all employees. It is a wonderful tool to track salary, employee hours, and to pay hourly employees. This product is useful in many other ways also. It helps keep track of employees' vacation, sick and personal time. The reports feature is a great resource for tax payments as well as much other useful funding and budget information.

ADP workforce Now had quick links to the reports that our Company need to apply for the PPP loan and again when applying for the Forgiveness of the loan. This was very helpful for us to access the information that was needed quickly. The availability to track and process the Payroll remotely during the COVID-19 crisis was a tremendous advantage as well.

Yes, these resources were very helpful in guiding us with the PPP loan and forgiveness. Our return to work plan would not have been possible if we did not receive the PPP loan.

Because we are a private school, we had guidance from the Archdiocese as well as the School District. Our HR decisions rely mostly on our enrollment. ADP employer preparedness toolkit did not assist us in the HR decision making COVID-19.

ADP Workforce Now's mobile offering to employees was very helpful. The employee were able to make changes to their pay information directly. Allowing employees to change to e statements for pay stubs and W2 was important in being able to access this information with as little contact with the office as possible during this time.
