Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It's used for our onboarding with our new hires, and all payroll and health benefits. It helps with making the HR process more streamlined.
  • Their software is very user-friendly.
  • The page layouts are easy to navigate.
  • Hold times for customer service can be over 45 minutes.
  • Customer service isn't always helpful.
  • I believe it encompasses all of our HR needs and has helped speed up some processes.
Scalability is above average. For me, it really comes down to customer service and I feel that the extended hold times to speak with customer service whether it be in payroll or reporting it can exceed 45 mins to speak with someone.
  • I've recently added direct file feeds from our carriers.
  • We've also added T-Sheets paydata uploads
It was fairly difficult getting the insurance carriers, TSheets and ADP to speak to each other and be sure that the file feeds would successfully run without error before implementation.
I gave them this rating because of how large their footprint in HR is, and they are usually on the cutting edge of technology when it comes to updating their platform.

COVID-19 Response

They were able to assist in providing a table to assist us in determining who is eligible for any COVID relief pay. Plus they created coding that could be used to upload the payroll batch with any COVID relief employees. ADP has also been keeping us informed of any government updates that may impact how we run payroll.
ADP has assisted in generating the payroll reports that are needed in order to submit the PPP loans and also the backup that needed for auditing purposes. ADP did have some delays on preparing the proper reports that the government needed, however we were able to successfully submit both PPP loans and forgiveness.
The employee communications toolkit were a good backup to general questions if I didn't need to make a call. However, during the early stages of the pandemic it would take at least 1 hours to speak with a live customer support personnel to futher assist. The resources did help, but the live commiunication is best.
I haven't seen any updates to the mobile offerings recently. Though the current offering are very helpfull in having the employee make updates to their profile without needing HR to assist. I look forward to further help with the mobile site to help the employees even more.
