Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use ADP Workforce Now across the company as our HRIS and payroll system. Unfortunately, it causes more problems than it solves, on a regular basis. The reporting is very cumbersome. It has improved over the years but still lacks efficacy and efficiency.
- Payroll seems to be easy
- Fieldgrabber option has made reporting MUCH better
- We need a "rehire wizard" that is similar to the new-hire wizard so we do not miss important fields.
- Standard reporting dashboard that provides immediate insights into simple things like headcount, turnover, etc., would be useful.
- Negative: We have entirely redundant processes because of ADP's poor flow of information.
- Without sufficient training or knowledge of features, we are not able to utilize the system well.

ADP Workforce Now doesn't work with our benefits exchange and refuses to allow an import. We have to manually enter benefits for 500 employees every year into ADP Workforce Now.
I am at the point that I'd try to use ANY other vendor just to get away from ADP.
