Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
I use ADP to pay employees with in our 4 division across 4 states.
- My Rep is usually readily available. Which helps when a problem occurs processing payroll and I need immediate help.
- Access to The Bridge is helpful when I need answers on other topics I can research on my own.
- Accruals...[in my experience] they never work properly.
- Too many updates that [I believe] inadvertently cause more issues.
- More negative than positive issues unfortunately.

I think they did the best under the circumstances.
We never worked from home and did not take the PPP loan.
We only use the app for employees to see their pay and PTO.
