Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
Our whole organization uses [ADP] Workforce Now. We have used the HRIS, Benefits, 401K, Time & Attendance, Talent Requisitions, and Payroll. Our financials are in Navision so we utilize the GL Upload Reporting to upload the data into that system. I can't express how much I, myself, use every aspect of [ADP] Workforce Now; reporting is huge as I use it for so many different things daily which helps all departments.
- Reports are amazing! So much data is available and customizable.
- So many reasons I am happy with ADP [Workforce Now], it is hard to name just a few. I am happy with the many aspects of ADP [Workforce Now].
- I wish I had access to the actual reports for the carrier connections. There are concerns and issues with some reports with a carrier and it has been a long process to try and fix. It is also frustrating since I can't see if the data that is going to them is correct or not since I can't see the report.
- Other than that, I cannot think of anything else at the moment. I know there are a few things that pop up that I would like to see or have the ability to do. [However,] the updates do help with adding features that we suggest throughout the year.
