- Deductions are processed efficiently. I either call or email my changes and they are addressed promptly.
- Software is proficient. It has become more user friendly the last few years.
- Deductions. I still have to call or email for behind the scenes calculations. I would like to do them myself.
- Invoices. I still do not get an email monthly.
