Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is used across our entire division. Our employees use the self-service features to update their addresses, W-4 tax withholdings and direct deposit information. In the past we also used it for the benefits and 401K management. Unfortunately our corporate office made a decision to use another vendor for benefits and 401K and it has proven to be a disaster! We would like to go back to how we were previously set up. It made benefits management so easy!
We use ADP for our tax filing and garnishment payments as well. Whenever we get a tax notice, we just easily submit it to ADP and they take care of it. If it's something we have to handle, they provide all the paperwork we need to take care of it.
I have used other payroll providers in the past and begged to go back to ADP. I love it!

  • Reduces needs for paper forms.
  • Enables employees to easily update information.
  • Employees able to request time off, update information right from their phones on the ADP app.
I have used ADP in both small and large companies and it has fit well across all roles I have held.
I highly recommend ADP Workforce Now over the other software companies I have used in the past. The biggest point for me is the customer service I get from ADP! I can just pick up the phone and call my rep anytime I have a question or need help. I only deal with one rep and they know who I am.

I love being able to pick up the phone and just call our rep without having to submit a ticket and wait for someone to get back to me.
It's very user friendly for both practitioners and the employees.
I have used ADP for small and large companies and it has been a great help in all my positions!
