Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

The entire organization uses ADP for timecard and HR tasks. It has sped up the payroll process considerably, although frequent updates make it a constant learning (or relearning) experience. Some tasks could be more user friendly (since they are not we have not implemented them), but overall it is an improvement on previous processes.
  • Timecard management.
  • Benefits management.
  • Onboarding.
  • Standard & custom reporting.
  • Less cosmetic updates, more functionality based ones.
  • Faster payroll processing times.
  • Ability for staff to view their time off balances in one place.
Don't see any potential problems with scaling up in ADP.
I found reporting and ease of use to be better in Timeforce II. ADP was selected because it was more expansive than Timeforce.

Depends on if you get help or not. Sometimes wait times are exceptionally high. Some staff is more knowledgeable than others, does seem to be something that ADP is working on though.
The feedback I've received from staff re: training documents is that they are difficult to understand and provide too much info for a simple task. There are problems in different browsers, with mobile GPS connections, etc. that create extra work.
Payroll processing and benefits management have had an overall improvement due to ADP. I wish there were more integration options that did not come with an additional charge.
