Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We pay 700 people a month. Our transition was poorly executed by ADP - they bought us from another service that went out of business. And they are too labor intensive - you have an account manager but anytime they need anything they are reaching out to other departments. It's hard to get anything done or get answers.
- Payroll is easy to process.
- Setup was poorly done by them.
- Taxes are wrong for individuals.
- And you can't get an answer on questions.
- Right now it is just very frustrating to work with.
