Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
Adp has been beyond horrible for the last several months. Their customer service has been some of the worst I have experienced in the industry.
- It has a nice app for smartphone users.
- It can be overwhelming at times with how much it does.
- Customer service is horrid.
We are using across multiple locations and it has been pretty easy with a new location launch. The implementation team sets up the new locations for you which is great!

This has been the overall worst part of ADP, and the reason for moving our corporation away from them. Everything is way too time consuming when it comes to service. After using an alternative, I would never recommend anyone use Workforce Now.
After a year using this software, I could not be more disappointed. The customer support is among the worst I have ever seen. The site is not intuitive, sometimes having to go to three different screens to change information for a single employee. Redundancies in software, ADP limits Admins way too much. And when you have to contact them to correct something, forget about that.
