COVID-19 Response
I think that ADP was a vital partner in dealing with the COVID-19 crisis. I was able to add FFCRA hours to those that needed it, then track those that had received it and download the reports for the corporate office to manage the credits. Alex was accessible and promptly answered all of my questions.
There was no reason for my business to request a loan for PPP purposes. I did read all of the updates and information sent each month and appreciated the prompt and correct information. I was able to pass on this information to those friends and family that needed assistance with accurate and timely information.
The webinars were extremely helpful to me and the employee communications toolkit was used and guided us to make timely and difficult decisions that impacted the team. I especially liked the COVID button at the top of my ADP homepage that had updates and helpful information for the management team.
Many of my team members use the mobile app to request PTO, check their schedules and view their punches. A few have used it to view pay check stubs and update their home address. It's best to coach them during their first week so that they can get used to going in and using it to answer the simple questions.
