I give a rating of an 8 because communication problems arise within our company daily. Supervisors are to approve time cards every Monday morning before 10:00 am, but this is frequently overlooked. Yes, this is partly human error, but there should be an easier way for supervisors to look through their team's timecards.

Integration in the beginning was not difficult, but keeping up practices are a struggle. Payroll has problems nearly every cycle because of the general ledger not populating.

I have worked in HR in manufacturing and now banking, and clocking in and out is important for both, but more so for manufacturing. In an environment like that, turnover is high, so it is also nice to have easy archiving procedures and employee record access.
