ADP [Workforce Now] Rocks!
Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use ADP [Workforce Now] across our whole business. We utilize the HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, Onboarding, Document Cloud, and Recruitment modules. We are also utilizing ESS for employee changes. It solves all our problems and we are looking to utilize Performance Management. The best part is how seamlessly everything flows.
Pros
- Vaccination survey
- Onboarding new employees
- Processing payroll and having a main contact for questions
Cons
- More training options [would be an improvement].
- Annual budgeting would be nicer, [especially] if we had more flexibility.
- A better flow between Benefits and Payroll [could be improved upon]. [In our case,] we are a bi-weekly payroll and the [number] of weeks in the Enrollment Profile doesn't correspond to the number of remaining payroll weeks.
- Reduced time and cost associated with processing payroll
- Reduced time for administration
- Analytics
- Carrier connections with benefit providers
[In my opinion,] the initial Carrier Connection process is a little disjointed. At times, [I felt] it was a little frustrating because I wasn't included in all meetings between ADP [Workforce Now] and the vendor, so when issues came up it was hard for me to answer right away.
I feel that overall (value and functionality) ADP [Workforce Now] is the best choice for our company.
