Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use it for payroll, time/attendance, HRIS, onboarding, recruiting, GL Interface, reporting, and file management. It's ued across the organization. It a single-source system that makes managing employees easier. We don't use scheduling, as we don't find it robust enough for our industry, but the higher-level system is too expensive, so we use On Shift.
Pros
- Payroll.
- Time and attendance.
- Reporting.
- Interfacing with other systems.
Cons
- Scheduling for sure.
- Expanded notetaking features for recruiting.
- App for recruiting.
- Inconsistent training with support staff. Sometimes having to call multiple times for the same issue.
- Saving time with staff using ADP Workforce Now.
- Self service features for staff.
- Ease of interface with external systems.
- On Shift
- 403b report integration
- Food service, point of sale integration
Having the ability to integrate with external systems is a huge time saver for us. We have more systems we hope to integrate.
They seem fine, but costs to integrate are too expensive, and making the change is not feasible timing-wise. Not unhappy with ADP Workforce Now, so don't see the need to change at this time.
