Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now to do our payroll, track benefits (ACA), and HR. We also use it to run various reports throughout the entire company. It helps the company stay organized and accountable in payroll and maintaining employees' information for tax purposes. It also makes the ACA reporting so much easier.

Easy to use, but most importantly it makes tracking in all areas a breeze from time off, to payroll, to tax calculations, to ACA reporting, etc. There are so many other areas that our company are not currently utilizing that I am hoping to utilize in the future. I have worked with ADP in the past at other companies and have used the benefits and application modules and found them to be a great asset to the company.

ADP is a lot more user friendly both on the administrator and employee side and the reports can be converted to Excel to help when doing various projects for the company. Ceridian is the only one that I have used [in] respect to benefits, so I can't compare any of the other products.

Out of all the HRIS's I have used, this is by far the easiest and most user friendly. I know that when I call customer service I am going to get my problem resolved in a very timely manner and have the confidence that the individual that I am working with knows the system inside and out.

Easy to use and simple to navigate for employees. ADP is great at tracking employees' time off, assisting in the reporting of the ACA, and when you have questions, there is always someone that is able to answer your question [if] you call customer service. Or if you look on the Bridge, you are more than likely to find the solution to your problem there.
