Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Our organization uses ADP Workforce Now for HR and payroll purposes. All of our associates log in to use the time and attendance feature, view pay statements, and make updates to their personal information. As a payroll clerk, I issue pay to about 200 of our team members.
  • The wide variety of reports availble
  • Intuitive page navigation
  • Ease of access through the mobile app
  • Emploee access to thier own pay and personal data
  • Time off requests need to be editable, instead of cancelling and resubmitting
  • Notifications need to have more info; eg. new hire notification should have [the] position, start date, and location
  • I'm too far down on the totem pole to know that.
From my perspective, the scalability is appropriate for our organization.

The support has been pretty good! When we first started training and then implementing the switch, the support was phenomenal! As we have gotten more used to the system, we have been handed down the line to new account managers more appropriate for our level of expertise in using the system. I'm not rating this aspect any higher because our last account manager was hard to get in touch with, and I have heard talk of our new (permanent) account manager being unpersonable.
I feel like ADP Workforce Now is best suited to companies that pay their employees mostly hourly and salary. There are extra steps for paying commissions, bonuses, flat rates, and other pay options, but that's probably the case anywhere.
