Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
It is the timekeeper across the organization. Our payroll processing and human resources software. Reporting used for financial analysis.
Pros
- Time keeper.
- Payroll processing.
- Quarterly tax filings.
Cons
- ACA reporting.
- Training new staff.
- Understanding organization needs behind requests.
- Negative impact - incredibly expensive.
- Positive impact - employees have full access to earnings/wages in real time.
- Negative impact - staff requiring help feel helpless when support is needed.

Unfortunately we data dump payroll data and upload into our general ledger - not a true integration.
I have used UltiPro for payroll processing. Similar positive processing results. Also, similar "client support" which is cumbersome, requires a lot of time and does not feel "customer service" oriented. I use ADP as it was in place prior to my arrival.
