Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP is being used as our payroll processing company. We use it for payroll tax filing and HR. Our employees use it for electronic timesheets, which serve to track accruals.

  • Timesheet codes-difficult to change/update.
  • Saving on triplicate timesheet forms.
  • Consolidated payroll and HR, avoiding errors/missing paperwork.
  • Ease of tax credit processing for certain aspects of covid pay.
We use ADP for HR and Payroll only. We understand that it can be used for other purposes, but we have no need to change how our other systems are used at this time.

We have not used any ADP/outside vendor integration at this point.
Paychex offered little to no customer service. Paychex was unable to provide us with online timesheets that would fit our accrual and pay profiles. Paychex HR and Payroll did not process in the same module. Extra HR modules needed to be purchased, and those did not flow to payroll.

Excellent support, whenever the support is needed...ADP is there to help! The support links provided within Workforce Now are also very very helpful. Easy to search and easy to get answers fast.
The fact that HR and Payroll are not separated into modules is wonderful. The ease of report building is fantastic. The ability to see payroll history is great also. Updates for tax/HR/payroll law changes are quickly dealt with.
