Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We are using it across our whole organization of around 50 employees. We have been using ADP for the last 5 years or so at least. We are using it for Payroll, Benefits, Learning Management Software. We also use it for time keeping purposes and for time off record keeping.

I think it does a good job with scaling across our business. We have had as many as 80 employees at Benchmark Systems while I have been here and currently have around 45. So I think it does a good job even through different sizing. I cannot speak for a different industry because I have only used ADP in our computer software industry.

I would say more often than not I have had good support lately. I will say there was a time I really struggled with getting someone that could help me or I would be transferred multiple times before I would get assistance. That seems to have gotten less [common] with time, which I am grateful for.
Ease (formerly EaseCentral)
I believe that ADP does a decent job overall with our HR services. I do really like the payroll software and it seems like over the last 4 years that I have been using it, it has has gotten even more user friendly. We have really struggled with the taxes/smart compliance not being handled in a timely fashion when issues arise. That is my least favorite part about ADP.
