The system is easy to follow and provides for quick entry. The system allows either ER and/or EE to enter their data. The online chat feature would bypass the ability to call in for service. Follow-up with service connect to document all needs and outcomes. Notices for compliance and regulatory requirements. Transitional issues when moving from one system to another.
