Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

I utilize the system for a number of clients that I work for, not specifically for my employer. I've utilized ADP in the past with a large law firm. The system is being used by several organizations for compliance, regulatory, payroll, benefits, and data storage.

You have a transitional team that comprises several staff members that have expertise in their fields. This assists to ensure that you have all areas of your data as accurate as possible.

Online chat and direct communication with ADP support are what is expected.
The system is easy to follow and provides for quick entry. The system allows either ER and/or EE to enter their data. The online chat feature would bypass the ability to call in for service. Follow-up with service connect to document all needs and outcomes. Notices for compliance and regulatory requirements. Transitional issues when moving from one system to another.
