Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We are currently using ADP Workforce Now HR, and Time and Attendance for full payroll processing. We are in the process of implementing two more companies in order to process full payroll in one platform. We have acquired these new businesses and ADP Workforce Now will be our payroll and benefits system of record. By January 1, 2022, we anticipate having all the companies on the ADP Workforce Now platform. I love the system and am very familiar with it and what it can do for us. The enhancements have been a tremendous improvement and will help us streamline our processes so much better. I am very happy with ADP Workforce Now.

It was a bit challenging because the implementation Payroll specialist was rude and unprofessional with a negative tone at times during our meeting. Also, she seemed overwhelmed and took extremely long to complete some import tasks.
It is a one stop shop system that can handle it all.

More specifically on implementation, our team was not the most efficient.
The system is very user friendly and the improvements are wonderful.
