Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Currently we use ADP as our payroll system of record and our HRIS system for over 1,500 employees.

  • Easy to navigate layout
  • Complete termination process
  • Minimal reporting for people who aren't practitioners
  • Difficult to change tasks between managers
  • Notifications are limited to specific levels
  • Difficulty correcting errors in onboarding
  • No custom fields can be added in onboarding
  • Our home office spends much more time managing the system and processes then before
  • Analytics are great for getting quick insights
  • Struggle with customer service
I think that we can grow easily and the system will manage that. The other flaws will also still remain.

The integration for some of these processes was a struggle but once we got the right people on the phone, the work was quite easy.
I find that there are strengths and weaknesses to all systems. ADP has added more to our workload and that has made a huge impact for us.

We have had a struggle with our current support not being communicative or helpful.
We have been working with ADP since March of this year and our largest struggle is their inflexibility in the hierarchy of the system. The restaurant business is flexible with multiple roles doing multiple things as we are open 7 days a week. The system is set up to be run by people at the top of the hierarchy completely and duties cannot be shared down the ladder. That means that HR has become the only people that can add new employees and start onboarding and many other issues.
