Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Used by a department. We use ADP for benefits, payroll, tax, and reporting.

Pros

  • Quick response time with account manager, James Jimerson. He is also very helpful and kind.
  • Love the file feed for benefits
  • Payroll system is great for the most part.
  • Modern.

Cons

  • Would like for more than one person to be able to access payroll system.
  • Generic importing template.
  • Quicker response time from the reporting and T&A department.
  • It has allowed us to stay on track with tracking hours and salary.
  • Quick Calc feature is very useful
I'd say ADP works great for a finance or HR department.

Employees are very responsive for the most part. Willing to reach out for help from other ADP departments when they don't know the answer to a question.
If a payroll department has more than 1 employee, I can imagine that it may get a bit messy with changing the items in the paydata batch. I would personally prefer to use ADP for a smaller company.
