Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now for Time & Attendance, Payroll and Benefits across our entire company. We are able to streamline our payroll process by using ADP for everything related to payroll.

  • Ease of communication when addressing issues
  • Our payroll process has become so much more efficient that we have been able to reduce administrative support staffing requirements.
  • Our annual compliance reporting has become much simpler.
  • Quarterly and Annual tax filing is much simpler.
The main thing that we address differently across our departments is the scheduling of time. Workforce Now allows us to customize our employees' schedules to fit the different departments.
We have used Corporate Business Solutions for payroll processing, but they didn't have a time & attendance module, so we had to use Gorrie-Regan Attendance on Demand for the timekeeping portion and upload our time files. Being able to have both components in one software product makes the entire process so much easier. Add in the Benefits Management that the others didn't offer and it makes ADP a slam dunk.

Early-on, during the implementation process, we worked with awesome people that were always available when we had questions. The first few years we had to call a bit more frequently while we were getting accustomed to the software and implementing new portions of the system. We usually had good response time early on, but recently it has become harder to speak with someone. This is likely related to the pandemic so I will cut some slack on the rating. One thing [in my opinion] that I can really complain about though is that our assigned representative changes quite often and we're not usually notified when and who the replacement is.
If your employment numbers are more than 25 employees per year, you will benefit from using ADP Workforce Now. The year-end tax reporting alone is such a timesaver. We have approximately 100 employees and the pay process is smooth and effortless which is vital when you pay on a weekly basis. I don't know if the cost of ADP would be as affordable for a company that had smaller numbers of employees.
