Workforce Now is used across the whole organization. We currently have 10 branches in 3 states.
Pros
- Tracking employee time
- Calculating payroll
- Managing a growing workforce
Cons
- Customer service response time could be improved
- There are a few features in the timesheets such as paid breaks that could be more functional
- At initial setup, all salaried employees were set up on Time & Attendance and I'm not really sure why. I wonder if we are spending money on these employees where we don't need to. So a suggestion would be that an account rep review the setup with a client at least annually to make sure they are utilizing the product in the most useful and cost effective manner
- Up to this point, it has allowed HR/Payroll to be a department of one
- We have no integration outside of ADP products
